But we are also still building.

Our goal is not to build quickly, but intentionally — integrating solar and wind energy, conscious materials, and architecture that feels connected to the landscape rather than imposed upon it.

Created for families or larger groups wanting a fully immersive private ranch experience while becoming part of the founding chapter of Ra’a Ranch.

• An 8-day private stay for up to 6 guests beginning in 2028

• Exclusive access to a private and intentionally limited ranch experience

THE VISION

Ra’a Ranch is being intentionally built as a small and deeply private hospitality experience on the remote northern coast of Rapa Nui — designed for guests seeking a slower, more immersive connection to land, nature, food, and island life.

Our long-term vision includes a collection of thoughtfully positioned guest suites and cabins spread quietly throughout the ranch, each designed to feel integrated into the volcanic landscape rather than imposed upon it. Drawing from the language of elevated off-grid hospitality, the architecture prioritizes simplicity, warmth, privacy, natural materials, expansive views, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

At the center of the ranch, we envision a larger communal house designed as the heart of the property — a space for long-table dinners, slow breakfasts, open-fire cooking, wellness programming, conversation, and gathering after days spent exploring the island. The atmosphere is intended to feel intimate and residential rather than transactional: more private home than resort.

Our intention is to keep Ra’a Ranch intentionally limited in scale. We are not building a high-volume destination, but a quieter and more thoughtful form of hospitality where every stay feels personal, spacious, and deeply considered.

The broader vision for the ranch includes regenerative agriculture, renewable energy integration, horseback expeditions, hiking trails, wellness experiences, open-fire dining, and spaces designed to reconnect guests with the rhythms of nature and the cultural landscape of Rapa Nui.
